Hammer and Hampel was established by two real estate entrepreneurs, Dan Nelson and Morgan Hampel, with the goal of offering passive real estate investors more. Having invested in real estate through other partnerships, they recognized a need for something more significant. With their tenacity and unrelenting drive, they have brought this mentality to the real estate world, creating Hammer and Hampel.

Growing up in Minneapolis, Dan and Morgan developed a close bond that has only strengthened over time. They are now a dynamic duo in the multifamily real estate investing world, leveraging their strong educational backgrounds and leadership experience to excel as operators.
