LT Hampel has been serving since 2014 and received his commission from OCS in 2015. He completed deployments to South East Asia in 2016, and in 2019 to the Middle East where he led a division of 70 sailors in support of Operations Freedom’s Sentinel and Inherent Resolve. A certified Nuclear Engineer and Surface Warfare Officer, LT Hampel is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at the University of San Diego.

ClinicNote is HIPAA compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software Morgan Co-Founded. The start-up was a part of the inaugural Global Insurance Accelerator Class in 2015. ClinicNote streamlines and standardizes progress reporting, billing, and EMR storage for speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Five years later ClinicNote has over 40 universities enrolled with its software and generates over $500,000 in annual revenue.
